The Fat is in your Head was a book by our pastor at Malibu Pres Charlie Shedd , I lost so much weight after readiing it and so did he.. I am non- denominational but attended there and loved his book! So by making the food and entertaining the mind set it’s poison to ruin this effort than your doing great!
